Creator Agreement

This agreement supplements the Terms of Service for approved creators.

Eligibility and verification

Creators must be at least 18, complete requested identity verification, and maintain accurate payout and tax information.

Content responsibilities

You represent that every person shown is an adult who consented, that you hold all required rights and releases, and that you will maintain records required by law. Prohibited content includes minors, coercion, trafficking, hidden-camera material, non-consensual content, infringement, or any activity that is illegal or violates applicable payment card network rules (including Visa and Mastercard) or TransNaughty platform policies. Violations may result in immediate content removal, suspension, or permanent termination of the creator account.

Monetization

You may set permitted subscription and PPV prices and receive tips. Earnings are subject to the disclosed platform fee, processor fees where applicable, refunds, chargebacks, reserves, taxes, and enforcement holds.

Payouts

Payouts may require a minimum balance, identity checks, valid payout details, and a risk hold. TransNaughty may offset refunds, chargebacks, or amounts owed.

License and removal

You grant the limited hosting and distribution license described in the Terms. You may remove content, but transaction, compliance, and audit records may be retained.

Acceptance

Using creator features confirms acceptance of this agreement and the Terms of Service.
