Terms of Service

Effective July 15, 2026. By using TransNaughty, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to view adult content.

Accounts and conduct

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, respect consent and privacy, and do not upload illegal, stolen, non-consensual, underage, infringing, or deceptive content.

Creator content

Creators keep ownership of their content and grant TransNaughty a limited license to host, display, process, protect, and distribute it through the service. Creators are responsible for releases, rights, records, taxes, and compliance.

Payments

Subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until canceled. PPV purchases and tips are charged at checkout. Processor terms also apply. Access may be suspended for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or rule violations.

Platform fees and payouts

Creator earnings are calculated after platform fees, processor fees where applicable, refunds, chargebacks, reserves, and required withholding. Payout timing and minimums may be disclosed in the creator dashboard or agreement.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when needed for safety, law, processor rules, or these terms.
